Support Groups
Groups offer an excellent opportunity to connect with others who have faced similar challenges in a healthy and safe environment. Participants are not required to share their trauma but can choose to do so when they feel comfortable. These groups help individuals develop essential skills for processing trauma and learning how to manage their emotions when confronted with triggers.

This group for adults will focus on the emotion regulation skills outlined in the DBT Skills Manual. Participants will learn to gain control over their emotions and reduce impulsivity. You will discover how to identify and name your emotions, as well as strategies to minimize emotional suffering and enhance positive feelings. This group meets online via Zoom on Tuesdays.
