Lead Clinical Social Worker: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in trauma services.
  • A certification as LCSW or LMHC is also required.
  • The candidate must possess the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds using age-appropriate communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general office computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Access, and Publisher, is necessary.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are also essential.

Victim Advocate: QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

~ Bachelor’s in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or other related field or proven experience in social service or related field.
~ At least 2-3 years of experience in community outreach, advocacy, training, and communications with underserved communities.
~ Must have an in-depth understanding of the issues of sexual and domestic violence and be sensitive to the unfortunate/difficult situations of SA/DV survivors; must be able to provide, and train others, on effective crisis intervention, problem-solving, advocacy skills, impact of trauma and program policies.
~ Must be knowledgeable of community resources and remain non-judgmental while working with diverse populations and volunteers.
~ Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative relationships with individuals and organizations.
~ Travel required along with the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
~ Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
~ Demonstrated experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing training.
~Experience teaching or leading workshops, training sessions, or meetings.

Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) Coordinator: QUALIFICATIONS AND

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, public administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting, victim services, child advocacy, or a related field. Familiarity with CAC or Rape Crisis Center operations is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Knowledge of trauma-informed care and victim-centered practices. • Familiarity with child protection laws, criminal justice processes, and community resources.
